Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Axis Terminal platform ("Platform") operated by Efficium Group Inc. ("Efficium", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Axis Terminal is a client portal and lead management platform provided as part of Efficium's customer acquisition services. Access is provided exclusively to authorized Efficium clients and their designated team members.

3. Account Access

Accounts are created by Efficium on behalf of clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify Efficium immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

5. Data Ownership

Lead data and business information entered into the Platform remains the property of the respective client organization. Efficium processes this data as a service provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Master Service Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Efficium Group Inc. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform during their service engagement.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efficium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

Efficium may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or termination of the underlying service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
